Emergency work orders can be placed by calling the Work Order Desk at 243-6091 between 8 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.  Dial “0” for emergency maintenance on the weekend or after-hours.

Please be prepared to give a complete description of the location and specific problem.

Items that should be considered emergency maintenance issues include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Mechanical problems that threaten life or limb
• Damage to buildings
• Items that affect building security (broken locks, doors or ground floor windows)
• Broken exterior windows during the heating season
• Over-flowing toilets and sinks
